§ 306-69. The Shield, Inc.

The director of finance is hereby authorized to deduct from the salary or wages of any city employee such amounts as may be authorized and agreed to by such employee as a payment to The Shield, Inc.

The form of authorization and consent for deduction from salaries or wages of such employee shall be approved by the director of finance.

The director of finance is further authorized to draw a warrant upon the city treasurer in favor of The Shield, Inc. in amounts equal to the total deductions made in accordance with this section.
