§ 306-68. Voluntary Donations to City of Cincinnati Cost Savings Days Program.

The director of finance is hereby authorized to deduct from the salary of wages of any city employee such amounts as may be authorized and agreed to by the official or employee as a voluntary payment to the City of Cincinnati Cost Savings Days program.

The form of authorization and consent for deduction from salaries or wages of such employee shall be approved by the director of finance.

The director of finance is further authorized to transfer such funds upon receipt into the City of Cincinnati General Fund in amounts equal to the total deductions made in accordance with this section.
