§ 306-48. Cincinnati Park Foundation, Inc.

The director of finance is hereby authorized to deduct from the salary or wages of any city employee such amounts as may be authorized and agreed to by such employee as a contribution to the Cincinnati Park Foundation, Inc.

The form of authorization and consent for deduction from salaries or wages of employees who desire to contribute to the Cincinnati Park Foundation, Inc. shall be approved by the director of finance.

The director of finance is further authorized to draw a warrant on the city treasurer in favor of the Cincinnati Park Foundation, Inc. in amounts equal to the total deductions made in accordance with this section.
