§ 303-17. Authentication of Bonds or Notes Issued in Exchange for Other Bonds or Notes.

Registered bonds issued pursuant to Section 303-13 shall be signed by the mayor and the city treasurer, and shall be attested by the director of finance, and shall have affixed thereto the seal of the city of Cincinnati.

Notes and coupon bonds issued pursuant to Section 303-15 shall be executed manually by the mayor and the director of finance and have affixed thereto the seal of the city of Cincinnati or shall be executed as provided in Section 303-1.
