§ 303-14. Fees for Conversion of Bonds.

The city treasurer shall charge and the registered owner shall pay the entire cost of engraving and printing of the coupon bonds, and also mailing, insurance and any other incidental expenses, plus a service fee of $25 for each issue converted from registered form into bearer or coupon form.
