§ 303-13. Registered Bonds in Lieu of Coupon Bonds.

Latest version.

The issue of registered bonds in lieu of coupon bonds and the issue of coupon bonds in lieu of registered bonds heretofore or hereafter issued by the city of Cincinnati, or by any village which has been or may be annexed to the city, shall be made by the city treasurer upon surrender of the bonds and coupons or the registered bonds thereof so to be exchanged to such bank in the city of Cincinnati as the city treasurer shall select as the fiscal agent and designated depository.

Bonds shall be registered as to principal and interest only.
