§ 301-20. Delinquencies in Accounts Receivable and Loans Receivable: Policy.

The council declares that it is city policy to collect by all lawful means, all financial obligations due and owing the city, including the enforcement of this policy through the denial to any individual, corporation, partnership, limited liability company or association, of any contract, payment, authorization, license, permit or loan proceeds in instances in which such individual, corporation, partnership, limited liability company or association is delinquent in the payment of any financial obligation to the city, any of its departments, boards or commissions. This policy will be implemented and enforced in accordance with the provisions of Section 301-20-A.
