§ 209-1. Establishment.

The Cincinnati Housing Advisory Board is established as a housing advisory board pursuant to Ohio Revised Code Section 176.01. The board shall have all the duties and responsibilities set forth in the Ohio Revised Code and such other duties and responsibilities as conferred by this chapter.
