The city of Cincinnati hereby accepts the proceeds of the existing county-wide tax
levy for General Hospital purposes along with any subsequent replacement levies or
funds. The trustees are authorized to accept and receive such money directly from
the commissioners of Hamilton County, which moneys shall be used only for hospital
purposes.
