§ 204-5. Transfer of Control of General Hospital Assets.

  • Subject to the terms of this chapter all of the General Hospital assets are transferred from the control of the city manager to the trustees. The term "General Hospital assets" as used herein shall include all assets and property of every kind and description including but not limited to all vehicles and equipment located in the General Hospital buildings, and all cash inventory accounts receivable, bond funds and rights under contracts held by or for the use or benefit of the General Hospital or in connection with the conduct of the hospital.
