§ 204-3. Transfer of Control and Lease of Real Property.

Latest version.

The real property more commonly referred to as Cincinnati General Hospital, as described in a lease dated August 1, 1978, between the city of Cincinnati and the trustees hereby is transferred from the control of the city manager to the trustees subject to the terms of this chapter and of said lease. Title to the real property shall remain in the city of Cincinnati.
