§ 204-11. Responsibility of the Trustee.

  • The trustees are charged with evaluating the financial status of patients. The trustees shall do all things necessary, proper and desirable to secure payment from all patients and all third-party payors, including the Hamilton County Welfare Department, or any successor agency hereafter performing the poor relief functions now performed by the Hamilton County Welfare Department, for hospital services furnished at General Hospital to persons who are now or hereafter may be eligible for poor relief in the form of hospital services.
