§ 203-11. Termination of Membership.

Latest version.

Membership in the Retirement System shall terminate as follows:
(a)

On the death of the Member;

(b)

[Repealed.]

(c)

[Repealed.]

(d)

If a Member withdraws his or her Accumulated Contributions after leaving City employment.
