§ 203-1-S1. State Retirement System.

Latest version.

"State Retirement System" shall include the following Ohio retirement systems:
(i)

The Public Employees Retirement System ("PERS"),

(ii)

The State Teachers Retirement System ("STRS"),

(iii)

The School Employees Retirement System ("SERS"),

(iv)

The Police and Fire Pension Fund ("PFPF"), and

(v)

The Highway Patrol Retirement System ("HPRS").
