§ 203-1-R7. Retirement Effective Date.

Latest version.

"Retirement Effective Date" shall mean the first day of the month after the all of following have occurred:
(a)

the Member has become eligible for the receipt of a Service Retirement Allowance,

(b)

the Member has applied for receipt of a Service Retirement Allowance as provided under this Chapter, and

(c)

the Member has separated from active employment service.

A Retirement Effective Date shall always be on the first of a month.
