§ 203-1-R4. Retirant.

"Retirant" shall mean a person who was formerly employed by the City and who is receiving a Service Retirement Allowance under this Chapter for a period of time that exceeds the re-employment qualification period and subsequently becomes an Active Member of the Retirement System. "Retirant" does not include any person who is receiving a disability retirement allowance as provided under Section 203-41.
