Chapter 202. PUBLIC RECREATION COMMISSION |
§ 202-5. Violation of Regulations of the Public Recreation Commission.
No person shall violate any regulation of the public recreation commission.
The public recreation commission may adopt and enforce regulations governing the use and protection of recreation property. Such regulations shall be published in the same manner as ordinances of the city of Cincinnati but shall not take effect until certified copies thereof are filed with the clerk of council.
Whoever violates this section is guilty of violating regulations of the public recreation commission, a minor misdemeanor.
