§ 202-1. Medals; Trophies.

The public recreation commission may expend from its appropriations, moneys for trophies, medals, emblems, or certificates of merit in connection with amateur athletic contests conducted under its supervision; provided that the total amount expended for such purposes shall not exceed the sum of $2,000 in any one calendar year.
