§ 112-3. Prohibitions.

(A)

No legislative agent or employer shall knowingly fail to register as required under § 112-5.

(B)

No person shall knowingly fail to file a statement that § 112-5 or 112-7 requires the person to file.

(C)

No person shall knowingly file a false statement that § 112-5 or 112-7 requires the person to file.
