§ 112-17. Powers of Office of Contract Compliance and Investigations.

The Office of Contract Compliance and Investigations may investigate compliance with §§ 112-1 to 112-15 and with ORC § 2921.13 of the Revised Code in connection with statements required to be filed under these sections and, in the event of an apparent violation, shall report his or her findings to the prosecuting attorney of the City or of Hamilton County, who shall institute such proceedings as are appropriate.
