§ 109-3. Use of Vote Tabulating Machines in City Elections.

  • Vote tabulating machines for sorting of ballots and tabulating the results thereof, may be used in municipal elections and such elections shall be conducted in accordance with the laws of the state of Ohio, now or hereafter in force, relating to voting and tabulating equipment and the rotation of the names of candidates on ballots to be used thereunder.
