§ 108-15. Comfort Station Concessions.

The city manager is hereby authorized and directed to execute agreements for concessions for the operation of the public comfort stations of the city for a period not in excess of five years, and under such conditions as may be prescribed by the city manager; the award to be made to the highest and best bidder therefor according to law.
