§ 104-13. Official Elevations—Permanent Bench Marks.

  • The permanent bench mark system of the city of Cincinnati shall consist of 7 bench marks established by the U.S. Coast and Geodetic Survey prior to 1912, the 123 bench marks established by the Topographic Survey of 1912 and the 191 bench marks established by the Bench Mark Survey of 1933. The elevation of these 321 permanent bench marks, as checked or established by the Bench Mark Survey of 1933, are authorized for use on all engineering works in the city of Cincinnati.
