§ 103-5. Argument for City.

  • The mayor may designate a committee of three persons, one or more of whom may be members of council, to prepare an argument or explanation against any proposed initiated measure, or in favor of any referred measure. Any argument or explanation prepared by such committee shall be filed with the clerk of council not later than 30 days before the election date.
