§ 102-5. Advertising for Printing Bids.

  • On or about July 1 of every third year the purchasing agent shall advertise for one week for sealed bids for the printing of the City Bulletin during the next three ensuing years; and for the printing separately of copies of ordinances and resolutions passed. The purchasing agent shall open the bids in public at the time specified in the advertisement and is authorized to make a contract with the lowest and best responsible bidder. Any and all bids may be rejected and readvertisement made for bids.
