§ 102-15. Special Advertising for Public Contracts.

  • The city manager shall be authorized to expend a reasonable sum for advertising whenever, in connection with the taking of bids for the construction of any public improvement, the city manager shall consider it in the public interest to advertise for such bids in one or more technical or trade journals published within or without the city of Cincinnati. The cost of such special advertising shall be paid in each case from the fund chargeable with the expense of the public advertising required by law for the particular improvement.
