§ 101-23. Certified Copies of Ordinances.

Latest version.

Upon request, the clerk of council shall furnish under the seal of the office of the clerk of council a certified copy of any ordinance, resolution or other proceeding of council, or of any section or sections of the Cincinnati Municipal Code.

For each certified copy the clerk shall charge a fee of $4.50. No charge shall be made for certified copies furnished to other city departments for official use.
