§ 101-15. Franchise Ordinance, Copies.

Every ordinance introduced for the purpose of granting a right of franchise to any individual, company or corporation shall be accompanied by at least 100 printed copies thereof, with lines numbered and in the usual form ordered by the clerk, which printing shall be at the expense of the individual, company or corporation asking for the franchise.
