§ 8. Additional Assistance for Police and Fire Divisions.

The city manager is authorized to contract with other governmental agencies and firms and corporations providing security or fire services for the furnishing of additional police and fire protection during times of public danger or emergency. Such agreements may be reciprocal in nature.
