§ 6. Decisions.

The Staff Attorney shall reduce the Board's decision to writing for the Chair's review and signature within a reasonable period of time after the hearing. The Staff Attorney shall mail to the appellant, appellee, and the body or official from which the decision had been appealed, the Board's final written decision by certified mail. The Board may, but is not required, to review and approve a written decision.
