§ 6. Amendments or Suspension of the Rules.

These rules may be amended or revoked by four (4) affirmative votes of the Board at any hearing, provided written notice of the proposed amendment or revocation is given to each member at least ten (10) days prior to such hearing.

B.

Suspension of these rules may be ordered at any hearing by a majority of Board members present.
