§ 1. General Governance.

The Board of Housing Appeals (the "Board") of the City of Cincinnati, Ohio shall be governed by Section 1101-83 of the Cincinnati Municipal Code ("CMC") and by the rules of procedure set forth herein. Whenever any conflicts shall exist between these rules and the laws of the State of Ohio or the CMC, State law and the CMC shall prevail.
