§ 2. Duration of Eligible Lists.

The term of eligibility of each list shall be fixed by the Commission at not less than one year nor more than two years for the City of Cincinnati and for not less than one year nor more than two years, closing after each appointment and reopening with a full certification for the same classification for the Board of Education.
