All defined terms in Chapter 311 of the Cincinnati Municipal Code have the same meaning in these Rules and Regulations.

B.

Unless otherwise indicated to the contrary, all references to "Chapter" are to Chapter 311 of the Cincinnati Municipal Code, and all references to "Section" are to sections of Chapter 311.
