§ 00089-3. Licenses.

  • (A)

    During the month of December of each year, every person or governmental entity that intends to operate a manufactured home park within the City of Cincinnati during the following year shall procure a license to operate such park for said year from the Cincinnati Board of Health. No such park shall be maintained or operated without a license.

    (B)

    A person or governmental entity that has received a license, upon the sale or disposition of their park may, upon consent of the Health Commissioner, have the license transferred to the new operator. Such licenses may not be transferred more than once.

    Fewer than 50 lots ..... $246.00

    (2)

    More than 50 lots ..... 246.00

    plus, per site ..... 1.30

    (D)

    Bacteriological Water Sample Fee ..... 5.00

    (E)

    The portion of any fee retained by the Board of Health shall be paid into a special fund and used only for the purpose of administering and enforcing Sections 3733.01 to 3733.08 of the Revised Code and the rules adopted thereunder.
