§ 0007-9. Penalties.

(A)

Whoever violates a provision of ORC Chapter 3730, Tattooing and Body Piercing, is subject to the penalties set forth in ORC § 3730.99.

(B)

Whoever violates a provision of this Regulation 0007 is subject to the penalty set forth in Board of Health Regulation § 00099-3.
