§ 0007-7. Fees.

(A)

Permanent Body Art Establishments.

(1)

The fee for plan review of a permanent body art establishment will be $75.00.

(2)

The fee for an annual certificate at a permanent body art establishment will be $300.00.

(B)

Time-Limited Approval for a Specific Event.

(1)

There is no fee for plan review of a time-limited body art establishment.

(2)

The fee for a time-limited event including, plan review, inspection and daily certificate, will be $50.00 per artist for the first day and $25.00 per artist per day for each subsequent day of a multi-day limited-time event.

(C)

Late Fees. The late fee for an annual renewal application received or postmarked after December 31 will be $25.00.
