§ 0007-5. Requirements of Operators.

(A)

Compliance. All operators of body art establishments must comply with all provisions of OAC Chapter 3701-9.

(B)

Training and Education. All person(s) involved in the operation who have access to the body art equipment shall have annual training of the type required by OAC 3701-9-04(M)(3).

(C)

Operator Responsibility. The operator shall be responsible for all persons performing body art services within the operator's establishment.

(D)

Other Requirements. Any additional requirements requested by the Health Commissioner.
