  • The term "good standing," as it relates to requests for reinstatement to a former classification or restoration to a former eligible list, means no disciplinary action (i.e., written reprimands, suspension, loss of time, demotion, or reduction in pay) within two years of the date of application, and the employee's last annual performance evaluation being acceptable (a "Meets Expectations" rating).
