§ 00085-3. Licenses

  • (A) During the month of January of each year, every person proposing to operate an existing marina shall apply for a license to operate such marina for such year from the board of health district in which the marina is located.

    (B) A person who has received a license, upon sale or disposition of a marina may, upon consent of the licensing authority, have the license transferred to another person.

    (C) License fees:

    (1) 7 to 24 moorings .....$112.50

    (2) 25 to 50 moorings .....243.50

    (3) 60 to 149 moorings .....373.50

    (4) 150 to 299 moorings .....471.50

    (5) 300 to 499 moorings .....571.50

    (6) 500 or more moorings .....597.50

    (D) Bacteriological water sample .....6.00

    (E) The portion of any fee retained by the health district shall be paid into a special fund and shall be used only by the board for the purpose of administering and enforcing Sections 3733.21 to 3733.30 of the Ohio Revised Code and the rules adopted thereunder.
