§ 9. Real Property Inventory Management

  • The city solicitor shall compile and maintain the city's record of all real property owned by the city, which record shall include such files, deeds, leases, licenses, easements, listings, pictures, plats or other documents as are necessary to adequately describe and identify the real property, together with an estimate of the fair market value thereof. The city solicitor shall have charge of the management, sale and lease of such real property except that real property under the jurisdiction and control of another city agency as provided elsewhere in the Cincinnati municipal code or the administrative code. In addition, the city solicitor shall perform such other real property management or record-keeping duties as are imposed from time to time by council or the city manager.
