§ 23. Emergency Communications Center Division

  • There is hereby established within the office of the city manager an emergency communications center division to be administered by a manager who shall direct, control and supervise all officers and employees within the emergency communications center division and shall be responsible for managing the consolidated emergency communications functions of the police and fire departments. The emergency communications center manager shall be appointed by and under the supervision of the city manager.
